If I had to say one thing to the students I have seen over the summer in English classes it is this: just because your summer course is over and you are starting your university course, it doesn’t mean that you can stop studying English! If you needed to go on a summer course three months ago, then you still need to keep working on your English. You need to set up good habits so that you keep improving your English on your own. One thing you can do is find some language learning sites and blogs and read and subscribe to them where possible. I’ve been taking a look at Macmillan’s online learning resources and they are pretty impressive. Enjoy their weekly Language tip of the week here.
