ANALYSIS: to look at / examine something carefully, to break it into smaller parts, often for science / research.

The different forms of the word ANALYSIS are:

verb: to analyse (American spelling: analyze)

noun: analysis

noun (person/thing): analyst / analyseradjective: analytical / analytic (not very common)

adverb: analytically
